Please note that just because it shows it is available does not necessarily mean that it is! It will only be considered in the books after you receive a communication from me.
The fee to rent is $800.00, of which $200.00 is a refundable deposit if the building is left in good order when the rental is finished. The discounted price if you are a Union Member of CWA is $400.00 with a $200.00 dollar deposit.
